He seemed constantly able to locate any hidden stash of chocolate or candy, no matter how well concealed. His parents worried a little that all he'd eat was candy if he had the choice, but he turned out okay. Later on, while in college, he took a trip to New York City with some friends. They all had a great time but when Zack got back to school he changed his major from biology to business. He'd seen exactly what he wanted to do: Open a dessert restaurant. It took a little doing, a couple of years of cooking school with a focus on desserts and candy-making, some help from his older sister and a business loan that scared the crap out of him, but he managed to do fairly well for himself and now has a steady business making chocolates and serving chocolate desserts in a tiny five table restaurant attached to his shop. Home: Varied, depending on his financial situation Finance: Varied, depending on his work situation, which was highly unstable due to his lycanthropy History: Remus Lupin was bitten by a werewolf when he was a child after his father insulted a werewolf named Fenrir Greyback. This made young Remus' life rather difficult, as he had both the inescapable full moon changes to deal with as well as the fear and hostility of the wizarding world towards werewolves. He was a wizard, meaning he would have been guaranteed a spot at Hogwarts, but his lycanthropy made it uncertain until Albus Dumbledore put his foot down, allowing Remus to attend the school. He spent full moon nights in the Shrieking Shack, alone, until his fellow Gryffindors and best friends discovered his secret and taught themselves to be animagi so they could join him after he transformed. After James and Lily Potter were killed, Sirius Black imprisoned and Peter Pettigrew supposedly killed, Remus found himself alone in the world and without much of a support network. He drifted around until Harry Potter's third year at Hogwarts, when Dumbledore invited Remus to teach DADA. That year he discovered that Peter wasn't dead and Sirius hadn't been responsible for James and Lily's deaths. Things would have been looking up if Voldemort hadn't been on the rise again. Eventually, after Sirius was lost (again) and the war grew worse, Remus allowed himself to fall in love with Nymphadora Tonks, eventually marrying her and fathering a child (which he was both excited by and terrified of). Unfortunately, the family didn't last long as both Remus and Nymphadora died in the final big battle, leaving their child, Teddy, to be raised by his grandmother. When Harry was able to contact the spirits of some important people in his life, Remus appeared along with Sirius, James and Lily, expressing regret at not seeing his son grow up and asking Harry to take care of him.
